February 16, 1944 – October 17, 2019
Suddenly on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at the St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 75, William McIvor passed away.
Bill is survived by his daughters, Dawn and Christine; grandchildren, Amy (Brennan), Joshua and Lorianne; great grandson, Odin; nieces, Kathy (Jim) and Anna-Marie. He is also survived by Lucille McIvor, Beverly Hicks and Jim Craig.
He was predeceased by his son William McIvor Jr.; grandson Dylan; sister Judy; parents Gladys, Emile; stepfather Mike and numerous aunts and uncles.
Bill had a passion for fishing, camping, travelling, working and cooking. He loved spending time with his family and friends, opening up his heart and home.
A service will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street @ Manitoba Avenue, Winnipeg.
