SAM WAS A VERY LOVING AND CARING MAN.HE WAS ALWAYS HAPPY TO SEE US. I ALSO CUT HIS HAIR FOR YEARS. I VISITED HIM AT FRED DOUGLAS HOME AND IN SEVEN OAKS HOSPITAL. HE WAS A LONELY MAN AND WISHED HE WOULD HAVE HAD CHILDREN TO LOVE AND VISIT HIM. WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU AS A HEART OF GOLD.

He was always welcoming and had a big smile for you even when I knew he was not well. See you in the next life. May God take you in His arms and guide you.

Met Sam when he operated Wpg. Lock and Key on Notre Dame, next to Archer & Cerritti, a heating company that was a customer of mine when I worked at Wholesale Heating. Later had the pleasure of seeing him at Fort Garry Curling Club. He was a fine gentle man, always great to associate with. Never an unkind word of anyone. A great booster of the Fort. Always lending a hand.

Sam and Mary were clients of mine many years ago. A gentleman. Rest in peace, Sam. Condolances to those left to mourn Sam's passing.
