Rudy passed away after a lengthy illness on Friday, May 20, 2022 at the age of 82 years.
Rudy was born on September 15, 1939 in Dortmund, Germany and immigrated to Canada in 1960.
He is survived by his son Rudy E. Gerling, daughter in law Sarah, partner of many years Christel Kosolofski, stepchildren, Gavin, Derek and Leah along with many extended family and friends.
Rudy was predeceased by his son Raynold W. Gerling.
As per Rudy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal funeral service.
If so desired, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in his memory.
