On Wednesday, September 25, 2019 Roxie passed away at Oakview Place Extendicare at the age of 90 years.
Roxie was predeceased by her husband Thomas Smith; daughter Moreen and son Dan. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Brian.
A private service will be held for Roxie at a later date.
Donations may be made in Roxie’s name to the Grace Hospital Foundation on 300 Booth Drive, Unit M00.
