Obituaries

I too have very fond memories of Margaret. I met Marg when I worked at the Legislative Buildings and she was a wonderful friend to me. She welcomed me into her home and her apartment. We shared many a good laugh together. Marg was always organizing her many treasures to go to the good will but somehow they never seemed to get out the door. If I recall correctly, I visited a number of times at Deer Lodge, and then somehow time passed and then I lost track of her. I did try to track her down to no avail. I did not have her daughters phone numbers and could not recall their last names. So if you are reading this Caroline and Pam - please know I never forgot your Mom and what a good friend she was to me. She was a wonderful Kind hearted person. My sincere condolences to you Caroline and Pam. Diane Mariash

Your photo takes me back so many years to a time when it was fun to go to work. You took me under your wing when I started working in the deputy's office at the Leg. and I certainly remember you rollerblading down the hallway dressed in a Santa suit. No one else could have pulled that off like you. I remember the time you came down to my office and said "Have you seen all those people outside?" We phoned Security and were told there was a bomb scare and the building was evacuated ...... except for us. Actually that happened a few times. Life was never dull with Marg around and there are so many memories. I couldn't have asked for a better friend and mentor.
