In loving memory of Madeline Charlotte Anne Matteis, born November 15, 2021, passed away November 15, 2021.
Madeline was born at 8:11 a.m. at the Women’s Hospital, Winnipeg, Manitoba where she passed away. She is survived by Mom Jennifer Dunham, Father Jonathon Matteis; brother Ethan Turcotte; sister Emree Matteis; Grandmother Pamela Turcotte, Uncle Charlie Dunham; Baba Maureen Matteis; Nono Peter Matteis; Nana Joelle Lee; Great Zizi Jenny Matteis, and Zizi Shayla.
Madeline’s funeral will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Wojcik’s Chapel of Memories, 1020 Main Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Viewing is 1:00 p.m., and the service is at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
