IN LOVING MEMORY OF LEONISA “LILY” DAR JUAN Y DELA CRUZ
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, “Mommy Lily,” on May 1, 2026, at the age of 70. Leonisa was a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished member of her family and community. She shared a beautiful and enduring 46-year marriage with her beloved husband, Rod, whose life was deeply enriched by her love and companionship.
Affectionately known as Mommy Lily, she was also a caring mother and grandmother and a kind soul to everyone who knew her. Known for her warmth, kindness, and cheerful spirit, she touched many lives with her generosity and found true happiness in the simple moments she spent with her loved ones. She leaves behind her loving children: her sons Nikky, Reinier and Paolo, and her daughter Pia, who will continue to honor her legacy through the lives they lead. She is also survived by her siblings: Lito, Lyn, Larry, Louie and Lanie. Her achievements are her family, to be together, to be whole; to be always honest, kind and God-fearing. She always makes sure that we visit the Church every Sunday as a family. As a caring wife, mother and grandmother, she made sure that we have a good meal to eat, something that is warm to heart, and feels homey. Our Mommy Lily also liked watching Korean Drama series when she was still in The Philippines and always listened to the 60’s – 70’s songs on the radio. She also made the best Leche Flan.
Though she may no longer be with us physically, her love and memories will continue to live on in our hearts. We will miss her dearly, but we find comfort in knowing she is now at peace.
Forever loved, forever remembered.
