HELEN JOSEPHINE CHMIELOWIEC On Monday, February 4, 2013 Helen died peacefully after a brief illness at Concordia Hospital, at the age of 96 years. On Saturday, June 22, 2013 Helen’s Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Polish National Catholic Church, 365 Burrows Avenue, officiated by Fr. Ted Czelen. Following this service a private ceremony for interment will take place at the Church Cemetery.
