Our deepest condolences to family and friends. We met Greg 40 years ago through mutual friends. I (Lorry) had the privilege of working with Greg at the bakery in East Kildonan. We had a lot of good laughs during those days. Never a dull moment!! Greg was also godfather to our son Roger. He also had a special place in his heart for our daughter Krystine who he referred to as peaches or sweet cheeks. We moved to British Columbia in 1991 every summer we would come back and see Greg and visit at the bakery for those amazing cinnamon saucers!!! Greg was truly one of a kind, he will be missed dearly by everybody that knew him. Gone too soon. Rest in peace dear friend, love the Heberts
