With great sadness we announce the passing of Fred at the Health Science Centre. Left to cherish Fred’s memory are son Michael (Crystal); sister Helen (Nick) and brother Mike (Debbie). He was predeceased by his wife Doris in 1996; father Bill in 1966 and mother Jenny in 1956. In compliance with Fred’s wishes, no Funeral Service will be held.
