Fran passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at Golden West Centennial Lodge. Remaining to cherish Fran’s memory are her husband of 56 years of marriage, Bill; son Colin (Nadine) and daughter Julie; two granddaughters, Deidre and Lauren; two brothers, David and Ron; sister Dorothy as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
