It is with heavy hearts and loving memories that we announce the sudden passing of David W. Tough on March 26, 2016. David made the move from Thunder Bay and called Winnipeg his home for the majority of his adult life. Over the years David made many friends, with some becoming his own Manitoba family. David started work in Winnipeg pursuing his passion at West End Upholstery, however left for a promising career at Winnipeg Transit. David held the position with Winnipeg Transit for 12 years. Starting as a bus operator and working his way up to the supervisory team, a move David considered being his proudest accomplishment. His co-workers envied his work ethic and dedication to his job. David was a person that could light up a room with his smile. He was a person who would be there in a heartbeat to anyone in need. David will be remembered and sincerely missed as a loving loyal friend, and as a rock to lean on for the people lucky enough to be touched by his presence.
