CATHERINE LAURA LANYON (nee BRUNTON)

Peacefully, on Saturday, April 25, 2026, Catherine passed away surrounded by family, at the age of 77.

Remaining to forever cherish Catherine’s memory are her son Dan (Barbara); 5 grandchildren; siblings, Bill (Marg), Tannis (Dick), Bob (Suzie), Janet (Mike), and Deb (Ron); as well as, numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Brent; parents, Bill and Eva Brunton.

At her request, there will be no funeral. A private celebration of Cathie’s life has taken place.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cathie’s memory to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Manitoba Chapter.
