I grew up idolizing Carol. Our mothers were lifelong friends since kindergarten. My brother Craig and I grew up with the Jaggers and they were more family than friends. The passing of Carol breaks my heart. I never saw her without a smile on her face and she was one of the kindest, warmest most beautiful soles I’ve ever known. I know she’s with her Mom and Dad now but she will be greatly missed. Our deepest condolences to her brother Rod and her extended family.
