Lynne Zoppa (nee Duke)

Mom passed away peacefully on Monday, November 18th at the Grace Hospital after a brief illness with her family by her side. She was the last living sibling in the Duke family and beloved wife of husband Alvin who passed away in 2008.

She is survived by her children Alan (Lindy) and Kim (Craig) and will be greatly missed. She was a kind, gentle, thoughtful soul. Lynne loved her books, Saturday crossword puzzles, plants, british tv programs and her pets.

She will be missed by her friends Nancy, Armand, Carol, Joelle, Marlene and numerous nieces and nephews. Her beloved friends June and Joan passed away earlier.

We thank Homecare, Monique and her family physician’s office who cared for her in the last few years.

A private family service will take place at a later date to scatter her ashes along with Dad.
