We are very sorry to hear of your loss. Joan & John have been our good neighbours for 33 years. We remember how in her younger years Joan would walk her dogs faithfully ever day. She was a real animal lover. She would often stop for a chat. In her later years when mobility became a problem she shared her rhubarb with us. Whenever I baked using the rhubarb I would share it with them. She enjoyed the treats but preferred the carrot muffins. They were always friendly and proud of their children and grandchildren. Catholic oral tradition has it that any Christian believer who dies on Christmas Day goes straight to heaven. My condolences to you Geoff, Brenda and family on the death of Joan.
