Peacefully, Jack went to join the love of his life and wife Margaret on his 89th birthday.

He leaves to mourn his daughter Karen, granddaughter Lauren, son in law Gary and his sweet grand dog Belle.

Rest in peace to a cherished Dad and Grandpa.
