EDWARD (ED) TAYLOR

 I was born on December 25, 1946 and am saddened to announce my passing on August 29, 2022. I spent my entire career in the insurance industry, and after retirement continued to work with friends. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2009, and thanks to the efforts of CancerCare manitoba, I have enjoyed a full life.

I leave behind, after a 53 year marriage, my wife and best friend Lynda, my sons Kris and Steve, and my granddaughters Kaitlyn and April.

I do not leave a bucket list, as if ever there was a desire to see or do something in life, it is done.

At my request, cremation has taken place and there will not be a funeral. Please lift a glass and enjoy one last drink in my memory.

Ed passed away peacefully with his sons and wife by his side. The family wishes to thank our lifelong family doctor, Dr. Kevin Coates, the caring doctors and staff at CancerCare Manitoba, the Palliative Home Care Team, and the compassionate staff at MAID.
