EDITH SMITH                On Monday, December 21, 2015, Mom passed away peacefully at the Grace Hospice with family by her side, at the age of 78 years.                Devoted wife of Elmer for 59 years; sadly missed by her loving daughters, Brenda (Marv) and Cyndi (Ray). She will be cherished by her four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Edith will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her many family members and friends. Her love and passion for life will be remembered by all who knew her.                As per Edie’s wishes, no formal Funeral Service will be held. A family Graveside Service will take place in the Beausejour Town Cemetery, Beausejour, Manitoba.               A heartfelt thanks to the staff of 3 and 5 North at the Grace Hospital for the extraordinary extended care that mom received and the amazing staff at the Grace Hospice.
