DONNA LEE VOLKAR (nee MASON) Donna Volkar passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at the age of 53 years. Left behind to mourn Donna are her loving husband Frank of 34 years of marriage; daughter Chelsea (her pride and joy); sister Debbie Wall (Willy); Uncle Bob and Auntie Evy; mother-in-law Josie Dejak (late Ludvik); sister-in-law Sonja McAuley (Ken); sister-in-law Teresa Backstrom and John (late Mona) Dejak. Donna was born October 13, 1960, the loving daughter of Phil and Ann Mason. She loved being a wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin and Godmother. She loved reading, painting, cooking, baking and many different crafts. Donna faced many health challenges with courage and grace. She had a love for life and a wonderful sense of humour. She was loved by anyone who met her. Donna was involved on many committees with her church and would help anyone, anytime, anywhere. In compliance with Donna’s wishes, a private Service will be held.
