COLLEEN SCOLLNIK (nee MCCULLOCH) January 1, 1930 – January 18, 2013 With deep sadness we announce the passing of Colleen Scollnik at the age of 83 years. Left to honor Colleen’s memory is her husband and soul mate Walter; son Gary; daughter-in-law Darlene; sister Elinor. She was predeceased by her mother Lillian; father Stan; stepfather Alex; sisters Mavis and Molly; and brother Michael. Colleen was a remarkable, fun loving woman who lived for her family and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A family celebration of Colleen’s life will take place at a later date. The family wishes to thank the care workers at St. Boniface Palliative Care and the Grace Hospice for their care and support, and the friends who always kept in touch with Colleen. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice. Richard Wojcik, Funeral Director of Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel Crematorium, is in care of arrangements 204 897 – 4665.
