My condolences to Carl and his family. I met Carl through work at CP He was a very sweet quiet man who always lent a hand to his fellow workers. I am very saddened to hear of his passing. Heaven has gained another sweet Angel. May his memory be eternal.

Have known Carl since elementary school. Had many laughs through out the years, and he was a very good friend. Hard to believe he is gone, he will be greatly missed! My condolences to the Ewert family.

My deepest condolences to the families of Carl. I knew Carl as a friend of my son David and he spent some precious time playing cards and just visiting in our Elmwood home when he was young. He was so quiet and we enjoyed his presence along with the other friends when they were together. Many laughs were shared by all. He will be missed by all who knew him. "Memories are photos placed in the heart and there they will remain forever". Rest peacefully Carl.

We were shocked and deeply saddened by the news of Carl's sudden passing. We knew him to be a quiet man of great strength and determination, but also kind with a broad smile and welcoming laugh. We will miss him. His co-workers
