Bev and I were one of the oldies that started at Winnipeg Enterprises. {Bobbi-Jo was only a young girl at the time}. Bev and I immediately became friends and often talked about our lives and goals. I remember her being a great Mom and always talked about Bobbi-Jo. After many events, lots of us would meet at the Legion on Empress Street and reminisce the nights and activities. Marlene, Bev and I would get together many times for suppers, beers and enjoyed each other's company and Bev's positive attitude. Both Marlene and I will greatly miss Bev, but know that she is in a place of no pain. Bobbi-Jo we share your pain and will always love your Mom. Barrie and Marlene Cooke.

We met Bev when Bobbi-Jo and our daughter Erin became friends in Grade One. She was such a kind and fun loving lady and such a super Mom. We know how much you will be missing your Mom Bobbi-Jo but you have been blessed to have her for all those wonderful years! Our thoughts are with you and Dereck.

I met Bev at MTS Centre and the Stadium. I got to know Bev personally at the MTS Centre where we spent many hours together. Bev was one of the kindest, friendliest, giving ladies I had the pleasure of working with. Our World was a better place because of Bev.My sympathies for your loss.

Bev and I go back to the 80's, when I moved to BC we lost contact, but Bev was everything everyone said about her, a wonderful person and a great friend. I am so sorry Bobbi-Jo, but she doesn't hurt anymore. I remember you but you most likely don't remember me, you were a baby when I left Winnipeg. Love and God Bless

Growing up, Bev was like another Mum to me as Bobbi-Jo and I were always together. She is in some of my fondest memories growing up. I will remember her as a hard working mom and great lady who loved life & her family.

Bev you will be missed by many especially myself. You were such a positive spirit and much like a mom to me. You reached out to others and welcomed me to family functions like I was your own. This was the type of person Bev was and I will cherish that I was able to be a part of your life. I am greatly saddened that you are gone and will look forward to one day meeting up again. Smittys wings and beer will never be the same without you. Bobbi-Jo my thoughts are with you!! Rest in Peace my friend. You will never be forgotten.
